Simple Summer Fruit Salad (RECIPE)

Lately, one of my favorite things to eat for breakfast after an outing to the farmers market is a simple fruit salad with summer’s bounty of berries and stone fruit. There is a glistening beauty in the color combination, and the fruit’s flavor is enhanced by some torn mint leaves.
Simple Summer Fruit Salad
(for two)
Half pint of blueberries
2 nectarines or peaches (I used white nectarines here)
5-7 mint leaves, torn by hand
Mix them all together in a bowl. Enjoy while reading a great article or a good book, or watching the birds play outside.
